Apelação Skatepark in Lisbon is certainly a relic from its better days. Once a place for energetic sessions, it now faces serious wear and tear. The miniramp is missing coping, rendering it far from its former usability, and the bowl is in a poor state, with cracks and rough patches that make it less than ideal for smooth transitions. The street area is particularly hazardous, filled with gaps, broken surfaces, and "deathtraps" for unsuspecting skaters.

While it still retains some charm for locals, anyone looking to skate here should be prepared for a rough experience. The park would benefit from significant repairs, including resurfacing the concrete, fixing the transitions, and restoring coping to key elements. A dedicated cleaning crew and refurbishment project would be necessary to bring Apelação Skatepark back to life, making it a safer and more enjoyable spot for Lisbon's skateboarding community once again.

Despite its current state, the park still holds a place in the hearts of local skaters who remember its former glory. It continues to be a gathering spot, albeit one in desperate need of attention. A renovation could potentially revitalize this space, restoring its importance in the skateboarding scene of the region.
