Chemin du Grand Mazières, 18000 Bourges, France.
The Skatepark Arthur Noyer is located in Bourges, France, specifically at Chemin du Grand Mazières, 18000 Bourges. This modern facility was developed through a collaboration between the City of Bourges and the local skate association Berry'ing, represented by Quentin Dubeau and Vincent Delarue.
Designed to cater to both beginners and experienced skaters, the skatepark features two main areas: Bowl Area: Spanning 860 square meters, this section includes bowls of varying depths from 1.5 to 3.5 meters, surrounded by curves to facilitate diverse maneuvers. Street Area: Covering 576 square meters, this zone mimics urban environments with elements like inclined planes, curves, and ledges, offering a comprehensive street skating experience. The skatepark is strategically situated between Chemin de Mazières and a cycling path, near a bus stop serving the local lake area. Its location is chosen to integrate seamlessly into the Val d’Auron landscape, complementing existing recreational facilities such as the equestrian center, rowing club, summer beach, and sailing base.
Open seven days a week with free access, the Skatepark Arthur Noyer is managed by the City of Bourges. Its design and amenities make it suitable for hosting national and international events, contributing to the vibrant local skateboarding community.
