ABOUT SKATEPARK

Glenroy skatepark

Glenroy Skatepark, located in Melbourne's northern suburbs, was designed and built by Convic, a leading Australian skatepark design firm. Officially opened in early 2018, the skatepark replaced the old golf driving range at Sewell Reserve. The park has quickly gained attention for its unique layout, which combines elements for all levels of skating abilities.

The park features a distinctive peanut-shaped bowl with pool coping, designed for intermediate to advanced skaters. Additionally, it offers a street section with various features such as ledges, rails, and quarter pipes, and also boasts a pump track, ideal for beginners and those looking to improve their skills. This diverse combination allows for a great flow between different skating styles and levels.
