Trucks and Fins is a huge present to the whole skate community - not just for the skating people, but also for shops, builders and schools. Super easy to use and can't believe how complete it is.

The Jolie Crider Memorial Skatepark 2.0 is a premier skateboarding facility located in Columbus, Indiana. This 12,000-square-foot concrete skatepark was designed by Finnish landscape architect and former professional skateboarder Janne Saario, marking his first skatepark project in the United States.
The entrance section utilizes 2,500 square feet of the original wooden skatepark slab, featuring new flat-ground elements, a bank-to-curb, and a quarter pipe. The middle section combines transition and street features, including a rainbow rail/quarter, kong wall, jumps, bank-to-rails, hubbas, and ledges across three elevation changes. The third section resembles a ditch-like bowl with two mini ramps of varying heights, an extension, and a large transfer into a transition hip area, facilitating smooth flow between sections.
The skatepark is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to dusk, welcoming skateboarders, inline skaters, scooter riders, and BMX enthusiasts of all skill levels. Safety equipment, including helmets, knee pads, elbow pads, and wrist guards, is highly recommended. The park enforces rules to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment, such as prohibiting metal pegs on bicycles or scooters, banning food and drink in the riding area, and restricting smoking, alcohol, and drug use.
Originally dedicated in 1999 at Clifty Park, the skatepark honors the memory of Jolie Crider, a Columbus North High School freshman who passed away at age 14 from bacterial meningitis on May 7, 1998. The 2019 renovation, known as Crider 2.0, was a collaborative effort involving the Columbus Parks and Recreation Department, the Columbus Park Foundation, and local donors, reflecting the community's commitment to providing a modern and safe recreational space.
