Meadowbank Skatepark, located in Ryde, Sydney, NSW, is a prominent skate facility designed and built by Convic, a leading skatepark design firm. Opened in 2017, the park features two enclosed bowls, including a larger kidney-shaped bowl with pool-style coping and a smaller bowl with a spine and smooth transitions, making it ideal for skaters of varying skill levels.
The park also includes a street section equipped with modern features such as rails, ledges, and jumps, catering to skateboarders, scooter riders, and BMX enthusiasts alike. It forms part of the broader Ryde Outdoor Youth Space, which was developed as a community-driven project with input from local residents during the design phase. The facility has become a focal point for both casual skaters and local competitions.
The development was funded by the City of Ryde with support from the NSW Government, aligning with the area's broader strategy to create inclusive, active recreation spaces for all ages.
