Newsham Park Skatepark, located in Liverpool, opened in November 2015. It was designed and constructed by Canvas Spaces, a company renowned for their skatepark projects. The skatepark is divided into two main sections: a large bowl and a street plaza, featuring various obstacles such as ledges, rails, hubbas, and a range of other street elements. This design caters to both beginners and advanced skaters, as well as BMX riders and scooter users.
The project was part of a larger initiative by Liverpool City Council to develop youth facilities across the city. The skatepark is free to use and located within Newsham Park, a well-known Victorian public park in the city.
