The Oxford Skatepark, located at 502 Bramlett Boulevard in Oxford, Mississippi, is a prominent recreational facility that has been serving the local community since its completion in 2006. The skatepark was designed and constructed by Grindline Skateparks, a renowned company specializing in the creation of concrete skateparks.
The facility spans approximately 10,000 square feet and features a variety of elements catering to skaters of all skill levels. Notable features include a 7-9 ft. bowl covering around 4,000 sq. ft. and a street course encompassing about 6,000 sq. ft. The City of Oxford is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the skatepark, ensuring it remains safe and accessible for users.
Regular inspections and necessary repairs are conducted to maintain the facility's condition. While there have been no major renovations reported since its establishment, the city remains open to future enhancements based on community feedback and evolving recreational needs.
