Plymouth Skatepark, located at Holmes Playground in Plymouth, Massachusetts, underwent a significant renovation completed in 2019. The project was designed by Grindline Skateparks, a firm renowned for creating custom skatepark designs. Construction was carried out by Artisan Skateparks, a company recognized for building high-quality skateparks.
The updated skatepark features various ramps, jumps, rails, and edges, offering diverse challenges for skaters of all skill levels. One of its unique design elements is a whale's tail structure, reflecting the coastal heritage of Plymouth.
Holmes Playground, encompassing 2.3 acres, also includes a basketball court and a scenic overlook on Town Brook. The park is adjacent to the Town Brook Trail, a 1.5-mile walking path that extends from Billington Street to the Plymouth waterfront.
