The Southside Community Center Skatepark, located at 6255 Old Warwick Road in Richmond, Virginia, is a premier facility that opened in 2020 to serve the local skateboarding community. The skatepark was designed by Dreamland Skateparks, a company renowned for creating innovative and high-quality skatepark designs. The construction was executed by Artisan Skateparks, a company known for building durable and professional skateparks.
The development of the skatepark is part of a broader $22 million renovation project for the Southside Community Center, aiming to provide enhanced recreational resources for residents in a historically underserved area of Richmond.
