The Saxmundham skatepark (known locally as "Sax") is a premier concrete facility delivered through a partnership between Freestyle Skateparks and Clark & Kent Contractors. Acting as the specialist sub-contractor, Clark & Kent brought their expertise in precision concrete finishing and local authority projects to bring Freestyle’s vision to life.
Built as a back-and-forth layout with a split-level plaza, the park was designed to maximize flow and safety for the local community.
Located alongside the Saxmundham Sports & Recreational Club, the skatepark adds a modern edge to the town’s leisure offerings, sitting adjacent to traditional facilities like cricket and football pitches.
