Seaford Skatepark, located at Salts Recreational Ground, was built by Canvas Spaces and officially opened in August 2019. It replaced an older skatepark that featured modular ramps. The new facility includes a fully enclosed bowl, an open bowl, and a plaza running along the perimeter, offering a variety of features for skaters, BMX riders, and scooter users.
The project was primarily funded with £165,000 from Section 106 funding secured from a local housing development at Martello Mews, with an additional £35,000 raised through further community efforts. The skatepark was designed based on consultations with local skaters, ensuring it met community needs.
