Trucks and Fins is a huge present to the whole skate community - not just for the skating people, but also for shops, builders and schools. Super easy to use and can't believe how complete it is.

13201 Meyer Road, Whittier, California 90605, United States of America.
The South Whittier Skatepark, located within the Adventure County Park in Los Angeles County, is a premier 15,000-square-foot facility that serves as a vital recreational anchor for the local community. This project was designed by New Line Skateparks and built by SPA Skateparks as part of a significant investment by the Los Angeles County Department of Parks and Recreation. The park was developed through a series of interactive community workshops, ensuring that the final design directly reflected the style and preferences of South Whittier’s diverse skate and BMX population.
The design is a high-energy "hybrid" landscape that provides a sophisticated mix of transition and street-inspired terrain. The facility features a deep, multi-level bowl with pool coping and varied transitions for advanced riders, alongside a sprawling street plaza that flows around the perimeter. The plaza section is meticulously detailed with urban-style obstacles, including precision-engineered hubba ledges, flat rails, a variety of stair sets, and manual pads. One of the signature elements of the build is the use of high-contrast integral colored concrete and decorative brickwork, which gives the park a polished, modern aesthetic that complements the wider "Adventure Park" setting.
To ensure the park remains a safe and inclusive destination, the design incorporates professional-grade lighting for evening use, ample integrated seating for spectators, and shaded rest areas. The layout was specifically engineered to promote "circular flow," reducing congestion by allowing multiple riders to navigate the space simultaneously without crossing paths. Since its grand opening, the South Whittier Skatepark has become a regional destination in Southern California, celebrated for its high-quality finish, intuitive flow, and its role in providing a world-class home for the area's action sports culture.
