The park features a range of elements that cater to different skateboarding styles, including a flow bowl, street obstacles like ledges, handrails, and a funbox, along with transitions such as quarter pipes and a volcano feature.
The skatepark was completed in 2020 and has been recognized for its concrete work, receiving an award from the Wisconsin Ready Mixed Concrete Association. The project was part of an effort by the local community and the Village of Sturtevant to provide a space for both beginners and advanced skaters to enjoy.
For funding, the skatepark project was largely supported by municipal funds, and the community's strong advocacy played a crucial role in bringing it to life. The park has quickly become a favorite among local skaters, offering a welcoming and fun environment for skaters of all levels.
