Located deep within the historic Complexo Desportivo do Atlético Clube de Portugal, right next to the iconic Estádio da Tapadinha in Alcântara, Cardoso DIY is a legendary underground spot. Tucked under the massive pillars of the 25 de Abril Bridge, this spot represents the rawest side of Lisbon’s skate scene. It was built and is maintained entirely by the local community, transforming a neglected space into a creative concrete sanctuary.
Train: The Alcântara-Terra (Azambuja Line) and Alcântara-Mar (Cascais Line) stations are both within a 10-15 minute walk/skate.
Bus: Several Carris lines serve the Alcântara area (including the 724, 738, and 742). The stop "Estádio da Tapadinha" is just a short uphill walk from the entrance.
Car: Access is via the winding roads of Calçada da Tapadinha. There is some parking available near the stadium entrance, though it can be tight during match days.
Walking: It’s a bit of a climb from the Alcântara waterfront, but the view of the bridge pillars as you approach is worth the effort.
