In April 2023, the commune of Chanac, located in the Lozère department of France, inaugurated a state-of-the-art pumptrack facility to enhance local recreational infrastructure and provide residents with a dedicated space for various wheeled sports, including BMX biking, skateboarding, rollerblading, and scootering.
The pumptrack was designed by Romain Paulhan, a renowned figure in the cycling community, known for his expertise in creating dynamic and engaging tracks. The facility is strategically situated behind the local swimming pool and adjacent to a road safety training track, offering a comprehensive recreational area for the community.
