The Cullman Skatepark, also known as Skate Depot, is a modern facility located in Cullman, Alabama. Officially opened on November 12, 2022, it offers a dedicated space for skateboarding, rollerblading, BMX riding, and scootering.
Spanning 8,000 square feet, the skatepark was designed by SpohnRanch, a Los Angeles-based firm specializing in skatepark design. It caters to users of all skill levels and includes: Dual-Level Bowl with Spine: A feature that allows for smooth transitions and varied maneuvers. Street Obstacles: Elements such as a stair set, hubba ledge, large bank, manual pads, and a slappy curb.
The park is open to the public and free of charge. Users are encouraged to wear appropriate safety gear, including helmets and pads, to ensure a safe experience for all participants.
