Denain pumptrack
The city of Denain, located in the Nord department of France, has undertaken a significant project to enhance its recreational infrastructure by constructing a pumptrack in the Parc Émile Zola. This initiative aligns with the city's commitment to promoting physical activity and providing modern amenities for its residents.
In September 2023, local authorities announced plans to develop a pumptrack within the Parc Émile Zola, a popular destination among the youth of Denain. The project aims to offer a dedicated space for various wheeled sports, including BMX biking, skateboarding, rollerblading, and scootering.
Construction of the pumptrack commenced in late 2023, with an anticipated completion date set for 2024, just before the Paris Olympic Games. This timeline reflects the city's dedication to providing timely and high-quality recreational facilities for its community.
