ABOUT SKATEPARK

Kevin Wilkins Memorial Skatepark

Kevin Wilkins Memorial Skatepark is a concrete park made up of a bowl and large street section with a nice variety of obstacles. The Kevin Wilkins Memorial Skatepark (often referred to simply as Donuthill or the Lincoln Skatepark) is a deeply significant site for the skateboarding community, particularly in the Midwest. To understand the park, you have to understand the man. Kevin Wilkins (1967–2025) was a legendary skateboard journalist, editor, and creative. He was a founding member of The Skateboard Mag and a long-time editor for TransWorld SKATEboarding. The memorial park is located in Lincoln, Nebraska. It is often associated with the Donuthill project—an indoor skatepark and "clubhouse" that Kevin established to serve the Lincoln and Omaha communities.
