The La Santa Skatepark is a recently developed facility in La Santa, a coastal village within the municipality of Tinajo on Lanzarote, Canary Islands. The project was initiated in 2020 to address the growing demand for recreational spaces among local youth. In early 2023, the Tinajo Ayuntamiento (Town Council) opened the project for tender with a budget of just under €200,000.
The construction was a collaborative effort between the Tinajo Ayuntamiento and the Cabildo of Lanzarote, aiming to provide a dedicated space for skateboarding enthusiasts in the area.
