In September 2024, the commune of Lablachère, located in the Ardèche department of France, inaugurated a state-of-the-art pumptrack facility to enhance local recreational infrastructure and provide residents with a dedicated space for various wheeled sports, including BMX biking, skateboarding, rollerblading, and scootering.
The pumptrack was designed and constructed by Velosolutions, a renowned company specializing in the development of pumptrack facilities worldwide. The development of the pumptrack was a significant investment for the commune.
The project received financial support from multiple sources: Agence Nationale du Sport (ANS): Provided a subsidy to support the development of the facility. Région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes: Contributed to the funding, reflecting regional commitment to enhancing recreational facilities. Département de l'Ardèche: Donated the land for the project, facilitating its development. Communauté de Communes Beaume-Drobie: Eleven communes within this community also participated in the funding, demonstrating widespread local support.
