The Norwalk Pumptrack, located in McGuan Park, Norwalk, Ohio, is a unique facility featuring two asphalt pump tracks designed for both biking and skateboarding. Built by PumpTrax USA, the pump track is especially notable for being wheelchair accessible, making it the first of its kind in the United States. Opened in 2021, this project was part of a broader $450,000 renovation of McGuan Park, funded by federal grants and community contributions.
The track has become a popular local destination and hosts events like BMX races and community skate meetups. It is open year-round and free to use, making it an inclusive space for riders of all abilities.
