The Petäjävesi Pump Track, located adjacent to the general sports field and running track near the maintenance building, was constructed in May 2019. The track's foundation consists of crushed stone, with the surface meticulously hand-crafted from asphalt. The project was executed swiftly, with measurement work commencing on May 23, 2019, followed by earthworks and asphalting completed by the end of that month. The total cost of the project was approximately €50,000, with €35,000 funded through the Leader Vesuri Group's rural development program, approved by the Ely Center.
