The Valberg Skatepark, located near the Parc des Sports in Valberg, France, underwent a comprehensive renovation in 2021. The redesign was executed by INOUT Concept, with construction carried out by Vulcano Skateparks. Spanning approximately 800 square meters, the skatepark features a variety of elements suitable for riders of all skill levels, including curves, rails, inclined planes, and an open bowl.
It accommodates activities such as skateboarding, rollerblading, dirt biking, and scootering. The facility is open year-round, except during snow periods, and offers amenities like picnic tables, benches, and a water point. The renovation project emphasized environmental responsibility by rehabilitating the existing site with smooth concrete, inspired by the original skatepark's design. This approach minimized energy consumption during construction, aligning with Valberg's eco-responsible initiatives and the Alpes-Maritimes Department's GREEN Deal policy.
