In October 2024, the commune of Villenauxe-la-Grande, located in the Aube department of France, unveiled a new pumptrack adjacent to the existing multisports terrain. This facility was constructed to provide residents, especially the youth, with a dedicated space for various wheeled sports, including BMX, skateboarding, rollerblading, and scootering.
Funding for the pumptrack project was sourced from the municipal budget of Villenauxe-la-Grande. The local government recognized the importance of providing recreational facilities that encourage physical activity and community engagement, leading to the allocation of necessary funds for the project's completion.
