The Pumptrack Zádveřice, located in the village of Zádveřice-Raková near Vizovice in the Zlín Region of the Czech Republic, was officially opened on May 15, 2016. This community-driven project was initiated by local resident Aleš Linhart, chairman of the GIGANT Orienteering association. The municipality supported the initiative by allocating financial resources and providing land designated for recreational use. The project documentation and realization were managed by BIKE ING, a company specializing in the design and construction of pump tracks and mountain bike trails. The construction was a collaborative effort involving local volunteers and experts from Slovakia. The community organized five volunteer work sessions to bring the project to fruition. The total budget for the park was under 100,000 CZK, demonstrating a cost-effective approach through community engagement.
