The Cmte. Nicanor Otamendi Skatepark is a central hub for urban sports in the "General Alvarado" district. Located within the Paseo Avelino Acosta, specifically along the town's main thoroughfare at Av. Pueyrredón 2202-2243, it provides a high-quality concrete space for the rural-coastal community of Otamendi.
This skatepark was inaugurated in early 2016 to satisfy the long-standing demand of the local otamendino youth. It is situated in the Paseo Avelino Acosta, a recreational green space that serves as the town's primary social gathering point. The park was built using municipal funds and is designed to accommodate both regional competitions and daily recreational use, making it a key pillar of local sports development.
