It is uniquely positioned within the Plaza de las Artes (also known as the Plaza Cívica), adjacent to the Abel Santa Cruz Municipal Theater. This location makes it one of the most culturally integrated parks in the region, where the energy of skateboarding meets the city’s artistic and theatrical heart. This is the town’s "front door" for youth culture. You’ll find a mix of high-level local skaters, kids learning their first tricks, and tourists enjoying the surrounding park amenities.
Free and public. Since it is in a major civic plaza, it is open 24/7, though peak hours are typically late afternoon.
