The Hoogvliet Rotterdam Skatepark is a concrete skatepark located at Nederhage 12-10 in the Hoogvliet district of Rotterdam, Netherlands. Built by SkateOn Skateparks in 2017, it features a variety of obstacles designed to accommodate street-style skating. The park includes elements such as hubbas, curbs, a bowl, quarterpipes, manual pads, kickers, handrails, flatbars, ledges, and banks, offering a comprehensive setup for skaters of all skill levels.
The skatepark was funded through local municipal initiatives to provide recreational spaces for the community, particularly targeting youth and sports enthusiasts. Since its construction, the park has become a well-frequented spot for skateboarders, BMX riders, and inline skaters from both the local area and beyond.
Though there have been no significant renovations since the initial build, the park’s robust concrete design ensures its longevity and ongoing popularity. Its location within a green area and near other community amenities adds to its appeal, making it a vibrant part of the local recreational landscape.
