ABOUT SKATEPARK

McKinney skatepark

McKinney skatepark, aka Gabe Nesbitt Skatepark, located at 7001 W. Eldorado Parkway in McKinney, Texas, is a premier 30,000-square-foot facility that opened in 2013. The skatepark was designed through a collaborative process involving local youth, community members, and the design-build team of New Line Skateparks and SPA Skateparks.

The park offers a diverse range of features catering to all ages and skill levels, including: Three Bowls: Providing various depths and configurations for different styles of bowl riding. Street Elements: Incorporating ledges, rails, stairs, and other obstacles that mimic urban street skating environments. Unique Features: A skateable art structure resembling a tree trunk at the entrance, reflecting McKinney's motto "Unique by Nature," and a replica swimming pool complete with pool coping and tile.

The skatepark operates daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. It is unsupervised, and users are advised to skate at their own risk, adhering to posted safety guidelines.
