Neptune Skatepark, located in Neptune, New Jersey, was completed in 2019 and is part of the Sunshine Village Park. The skatepark spans 6,000 square feet and was designed and built by SpohnRanch Skateparks. It features a mix of transition and street-style elements, including a large bowl, quarterpipes, ledges, and a kicker gap. In 2022, a pump track was added, enhancing the park’s versatility and appeal to BMX riders as well as skateboarders.
The project cost $360,000, with $165,000 funded through the Monmouth County Open Space Grant Program, while the remainder came from Neptune Township. This funding was part of a larger revitalization effort for Sunshine Village Park, where the skatepark is located.
Neptune Skatepark is free to use and is open from sunrise to sunset. Since its opening, it has become a central recreational hub for the local skateboarding community, offering a challenging yet fun environment for skaters of all skill levels.
