ABOUT SKATEPARK

Howard Heuston skatepark

The Howard Heuston Skatepark in Boulder, Colorado, was designed and built by Evergreen Skateparks and opened in 2021. This small yet well-designed park spans 3,500 square feet and is primarily a flow park. It features smooth transitions, two half-moon bowls, rollers, and a central volcano, offering a continuous and meditative ride experience. Although the park lacks street elements, it has become a favorite for skaters in the neighborhood looking to practice bowl and flow skating.

Located within Howard Heuston Park, the skatepark is surrounded by other recreational amenities such as a playground, basketball courts, and a dog park, making it a versatile destination for the community. The skatepark is open from 5 AM to 9 PM daily, with no entrance fee, though it does not have lighting for night sessions.

The skatepark doesn't regularly host large events, but it serves as a popular local spot for casual skating and small community gatherings.
